Every plan includes either a semiannual or annual dispatch of a Mettler Toledo service technician to your lab. First, the lab gas generator service technician goes through a comprehensive multi-point site inspection; to ensure optimum generator performance and longevity. Preventive Maintenance: Affordable. Convenient. Smart Next, the technician performs the gas generator maintenance - all filter cartridges, filter membranes, catalyzers, compressors, adsorbents, seal sets, resin exchange media and caustics are replaced and discarded. The generator is cosmetically cleaned, then restarted. A completed inspection sticker is applied to the front panel of the generator and a final gas generator inspection report is provided to the customer.
